Paul Wasserman
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Wasserman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AM Property Holdings Corp. Paul oversees all aspects of AM Property's management and development of the entire portfolio. He graduated from Columbia University with a major in Economics. Additionally Paul has a real estate broker license in New York and a member of REBNY.
Nathan Wasserman
President
Nathan Wasserman heads up our real estate acquisition division and co-operates alongside Paul Wasserman. He has over 15 years of real estate experience and has sourced every new transaction since 2012. His first four years was as a leasing broker at Cushman and Wakefield, followed by a stint on wall street underwriting CMBS securities. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from Delaware University and a MRE, Real Estate/Finance & Investment at New York University. Additionally he is licensed to sell real estate in New York and a member of REBNY.
Sally Wasserman Esq.
General Counsel
A former state prosecutor and federal appellate defender, Sally Wasserman joined AM Property Holding II Corp. in 2005 in the position of General Counsel. Ms. Wasserman is responsible for legal matters related to the Company’s real estate transactions, leasing and operations. Ms. Wasserman has a law degree from Hofstra University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago. In addition, she serves on the Board of the 14th Street Y.
Steven Schmier
Vice President of Operations
Steven joined AM Property Holdings in 1997 and is responsible for the day to day operations of AM Property's entire property portfolio. Steven has over 20 years of experience in property management and his current responsibilities include lease administration, contract negotiation, team building/mentorship, tenant improvement/construction, formation of operating and capital budgets and project management.
Prior to joining AM Property, Steven owned a fur manufacturing and storage company which included clients from all over the United States. Mr Schmier graduated from Rider University with a BS in Business Administration.

Ryan Love
Managing Director of Asset Management
Ryan Love is Managing Director of Asset Management, where he focuses on management, operations, acquisitions and repositioning of real estate investment opportunities across the United States. Most recently, Mr. Love served as Senior Asset Manager for a Connecticut based owner and operator of office and multifamily properties, where he was responsible for management, operations and acquisition/disposition and financings. Prior to that, Mr. Love was Director of Finance for a real estate fund in Canada where he was responsible for investment activities, accounting, financial reporting and analysis and compliance functions. Mr. Love is a CFA charter holder and is a CPA.
Drew Steinberg
Asset Manager
Drew Steinberg joined AM Property Holdings in January of 2026 as Asset Manager, focusing on management, operations, reporting, leasing, and acquisitions. Most recently, Mr. Steinberg served as Commercial Leasing Manager for a large commercial Landlord based in Connecticut where he was responsible for the in-house leasing and asset management of a portfolio consisting of over four million square feet of office properties. Prior to that, Mr. Steinberg was an Associate Broker for Avision Young where he focused on office agencies and tenant representation. Mr. Steinberg graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Economics.
Sean Kiernan
Construction Director
Sean Kiernan is currently the Director of Construction at Dain Construction and AM Property Holdings. He oversees all aspects of internal and external construction relating to construction accounting and asset management. Prior to joining our team, he had completed over $200M and 1,000,000 SF of office space in NYC as a Senior project manager for a large office development company located in Manhattan. Sean has acted in various capacities in the construction industry including superintendent, estimator and project manager. In addition he lead multiple project teams which included project managers, superintendents, a team of accountants, estimators and consultants.
