The Wasserman's own and operate three distinct real estate entities: A.M. Property Holding Corporation and Dain Construction Corp. A.M. Property Holding Corporation is the property Management company that operates all of the Wasserman's assets from leasing to building operations.

This includes our in house executive suites. These have state-of-the-art facilities that include conference spaces, and all major office amenities to provide new companies, and overflow from existing companies, the ability to continue growth without having to worry about other real estate functions.

Dain Construction

Dain Construction is a full service build-to-suit real estate construction company for all AM Property Holding assets. Strong construction management makes our company successful.  Our tenants have direct contact with the President and project managers.  The tenant is involved in the building process from start to finish.  We strive to keep an excellent ongoing relationship with our tenants by the quality of the space we renovate and our success in following up fast when you occupy your space and need assistance with any problem that may occur.
